About this event
This is the third in a series of four webinars and two hours of consultations brought to you by the Worcestershire Business & IP Centre (BIPC) in conjunction with the British Library. The Reset.Restart Covid support programme is aimed at Worcestershire business start-ups and small to medium sized companies, trading for up to four years. It aims to enable local companies to flex for the effects of lockdown and the post-pandemic environment. Using the Business Model Canvas, the programme aims to provide you with actions and momentum across key business areas.
To join the programme you will need to commit to attending four Webinars (see below) and to working with the same small group of businesses across these sessions. You will also benefit from two one hour one-to-one bespoke meetings with a business coach. At the end of the four sessions you will have an actionable covid recovery plan for your business.

- Compare your own business’s financial performance with relevant benchmarks.
- Discover tools to measure progress to ensure sales and profits, and how cash flow enables adaptability
- Interactive and using case studies to build confidence and enable application, particularly in an economy impacted by Covid

- Financial Statements – Income Statement & Balance Sheet
- Using budgets
- Building and using the Cash Flow forecast
You will gain even more from it if you bring along a set of your accounts, if you have them.

Phil makes understanding business and finance easier.
Phil's recent experience lies in managing and running a variety of training interventions to help businesses improve their financial outcomes. With finance training, his programmes are delivered to business managers and leaders including sales people, entrepreneurs and start ups, directors and production managers. Financial skills can be combined with related skills in negotiation, customer account management, communication skills, leadership, and specialist areas including supplier relationship management. His training experience has included a number of projects in the Gulf, Europe, the Americas and Asia.
