How can technology innovation shape and create markets and opportunities as a foundation for client engagement? As well as a look back at examples of technology innovation causing disruption or changing the landscape, we will examine how the client/adviser relationship has been, and is, evolving.
We consider changing client expectations and how engaging with the children and other dependants of our clients will require a new approach.
With the “Sunset Clause” being the latest in a long line of potential disruptors to an advisers business, how might technology be the foundation for the monetisation of 'names' on your database and a means to protect your revenue streams?
The target audience will be advisory firms, particularly those interested in ensuring their long-term proposition meets, and continues to meet, changing client demands across differing client groups
The learning objectives will be to:
Outline examples of how technological innovation can disrupt business models
Compare differences in the way the clients of today and tomorrow might prefer to be served
Identify opportunities for maximising client engagement
Describe how technology might help those affected by the sunset clause
The learning outcomes will be for the audience to have a clearer picture of current and future technology trends, how to optimise these to maximise the client experience of the future, with the end result to enable maximum long-term client engagement and, ultimately, earning potential.
This promises to be a very enlightening and informative talk, which will attract a great deal of interest.
