Financial Management of EU grants - Dublin

Good financial management skills are critical to successfully manage EU-funded projects. This training course will provide an overview of the main EU financial rules that are relevant for project managers. It will provide key tools and tips to make sure that organisations are able to provide accurate financial reports and are well prepared for possible financial audits by the European Commission.

The training is open to staff with experience in project management.
