This workshop is part of the Co-operate Islington project & funded by Islington Council.

Being able to read a set of management accounts and then use these to plan together is a vital skill when running a cooperative business.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of financial planning and the sue of management accounts.

The training is from 10-1 and then there will be an optional lunch afterwards from 1-2, with other members of our co-working community. The lunch is vegetarian and a contribution of £5 is welcome.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course participants will:

Know how to read management accounts

Be able to use management accounts to plan work going forward

Have tools and resources to do basic financial planning in a cooperative
