His biggest success has been founding and growing a software house to a turnover of more than £10million which was successfully sold through private tender. He has also started a successful IT recruitment company, growing it to a turnover of £4million, and a company providing IT services in the insurance sector in Africa. He has also served on the board of a growing software products company as a NED.
