Do you feel completely confident you're on top of your financial procedures as a small or medium sized organisation? This session will cover the steps you should have in place to make sure you're doing things right first time

The session will cover things such as:

  • Dealing with fundraised income

  • Book-keeping and keeping track of what and how you spend

  • Banking essentials

  • Handling petty cash

Ahead of the session, we'll be asking people who have registered to tell us about their key concerns, so that we can shape the session to suit.

This session is aimed at small and medium sized organisations, and will be especially useful if you're either newly established, have recently grown, if your procedures have been developed over time without planning, or simply looking to refresh your procedures to make sure you're doing things right

This event is free to voluntary and community organisations operating in Newcastle and Gateshead. There are a limited number of spaces and they are in high demand. Please confirm if you are unable to attend this event by giving at least 48 hours notice. Email connect@connectedvoice.org.uk to let us know and also cancel your booking on Eventbrite. If you are unable to attend and do not give notice then you will be charged £20.00.
