Find a More Human, Less Formal way of being
OUR LIVES ARE NOW
All of life is happening now. Whether you are in a meeting, on a call, or working remotely. We bring our past patterns into how we live these lives, and these patterns can have a cost. Do you hold back on what you are seeing, thinking or feeling? Do you stick with the plan, because that’s what expected, even though you have a gut feeling that all is not right? The cost is felt in frustration and stress – your work is stuck, ideas and creativity are stifed, effort is wasted.
OPEN THE DOOR TO GREATER IMPACT, CONNECTION AND CHANGE
“More Human, Less Formal” is an invitation to discover how to improve your flexibility and agility, creativity and impact. We will work with your embodied awareness, and link this to your thinking, feeling, and intuition. Our work can help you to be more resourceful and innovative in nding solutions to the demanding, complex, and fast changing challenges at work today.
“More Human, Less Formal” will offer a confidential space, where you can:
- Learn and grow, experiment and practice
- Develop deeper self awareness, through movement and stillness
- Gain insight into your sense of purpose, and work or leadership challenges
- Test and develop new patterns and responses, to nd a more human, less formal, way of being
