Do I need an expensive camera or be a photographer?

No, all you need is something to take a photograph on like a smartphone or camera. Mindful Photography is not about skill or equipment. It is about taking photos without judgement. We are a friendly group and cannot wait to welcome you.

What happens after the session is finished?

We will follow up our introduction session with a list of workshops and dates. There is no pressure to sign up. If you do not have a keyworker we will direct you to a member of Better Connect staff to support you.

Is this like therapy?

We are not therapists but the process has a gentle and calming effect upon your wellbeing. We will be engaging in simple tasks to encourage mindfulness. We do ask that you are well and happy to engage in a small group session. We embody respect in our work and we ask that you do the same.

Will you be using my images if I join your workshops?

We never share your images unless you specifically ask for us to. Your image and copyright remains your own. If you decide it upload your image to our joint facebook group it will be your choice with no pressure at all to do so.
