I'm a Dulwich Wood parent and local yoga coach. In the run up to the summer holidays I’m offering this yoga workshop to the Dulwich Wood community for free, sign up below

This workshop will help you get to know your nervous system and equip you with a simple yoga inspired toolbox to help you stay grounded.

The workshop will cover the following:

- pranayama (breathwork) techniques

- sound meditation techniques that offer a very effective way to calm the nervous system

- yoga movement snacks for releasing tension / moving past feelings of overwhelm

- tea and journaling to reflect on the session

- an opportunity for parents to connect
