Lyndsey Gormley - Psychologist, MindNLife Psychology Practice Lyndsey is a dedicated psychologist originally from the UK, now based in Hong Kong, who brings clinical expertise in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. With Masters degrees in both Counselling and Psychology, her focus is on trauma, emotional regulation, and resilience-building. Lyndsey integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in developing mindfulness and aligning actions with personal values. She is an empathetic, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming clinician committed to creating inclusive and supportive spaces.
Jess West - Burnout Coach Jess is an executive coach who specialises in helping ambitious women achieve sustainable success without burnout. Bringing over 14 years of corporate experience, including a background as a Director of Change Management across FTSE 100 organisations, Jess understands the systemic challenges of the modern workplace. As a qualified coach, she guides clients in bridging the gap between their external achievements and internal experience, equipping them with adaptive tools to thrive on their own terms.
