Spring retreat

Join us for a relaxing day of yoga, meditation and essential oils in this Spring themed retreat that will leave you feeling restored and replenished.

Day includes


  • Flow Yoga: We will start the day with a flow style class focused on grounding yourself in the present moment and opening your whole body and mind ready to make the most out of your day retreat. You will be encouraged to use your time on the mat as a movement meditation by bringing your focus not only to the breath but also to your physical, mental and emotional experience in the poses. You can expect a dynamic class that will deepen your practice and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Suitable for all levels
  • Body scan meditation for deep relaxation: Melt away any stress or concerns with this guided meditation. Connecting first to the breath, we’ll bring awareness to the entire body, releasing tension and focussing on the immediate moment, so you can truly relax and enjoy the day.

  • Essential oils mapping workshop: Spring is the time of transformation! Drawing on the psychology of scent, we combine different oils with coaching techniques - choose different scents depending on the mood you want to create, whether this is being able to relax more, feel energised or improve confidence.

  • Guided visualisation: using natural imagery to tap into the energy of spring, this guided visualisation will help to rejuvenate the senses, bringing confidence and peace so you leave the day with a spring in your step!

  • Yin Yoga: We will close the day with an hour of Yin yoga focusing on deep relaxation and letting go of any emotions or tension that you might be holding onto in the body. Yin yoga is a restorative, slow, mat-based practice where we use props for support and soften into each of the poses for a few minutes. During the practice you will be encouraged to make friends with your body and learn to listen to what it needs without pushing it to for.

11.45-12.05pm tea break

12.05-12.30 – Bodyscan meditation

12.30- 13.30 – lunch

13.30- 14.15- Oils Mapping workshop

14.15-14.50 Visualisation meditation

14.50-15.00 break

15.00 – 16.00 Yin Yoga
