This is a safe space to relax and take some time just for you.

Regular Sound Baths are proven to have a positive impact on our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

What Happens in a Sound Bath

• Laying on a mat, or sitting if you need to, you will be gently taken down into a relaxed state through guided meditation.

• Using crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, you will be bathed in sound as you relax.• Experience deep relaxation, letting go of stress, anxiety and tension, feel your body sink into the mat.

• The natural vibrations of your body respond to the vibrations of the sound, lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, putting your body into healing mode.

• The sounds help to restore calm and balance, improve sleep, boost mood, support the immune system, improve mental health and relieve pain and discomfort.
