Your own private room in a cosy, modern Welsh Cottage. Friday evening meal, Saturday lunch and evening meal. Pastries and coffee will be available for breakfast. All workshops, presentations and other little goodies.

Are children allowed?

This is an adults only retreat.

Do I have to participate in every activity?

Although encouraged to do so for you to connect better with yourself and others, nothing is compulsory. You have fields, mountains and seas around you to enjoy, and there is always your cottage hot tub too.
