Starting Saturday, 25 October, join us for a calming 6-week practice exploring the first 12 forms of the Tai Chi 24 Form — one of the most widely practised Tai Chi sequences in the world.

Led by Dr Dai, each weekly session introduces two to three new forms, guiding you step by step through this accessible, flowing routine.

Whether you're looking to de-stress, move more mindfully, or try something new — this is a beautiful place to begin.

*Weather permitting, sessions will be held outdoors in nearby St Martin’s Gardens (NW1 0DX), just a short walk from the clinic. If not, we’ll practise at the AcuMedic Centre as usual.
