This Zoom session is an hour-long, relaxed and enjoyable introduction to freewriting in which you’ll visit my garden and the Snowdonia mountain range.

My aim is to give you the space and time to try freewriting for the first time, or to try doing it in a new way.

I'll explain the benefits of freewriting and share my tried and tested methods with you. Then we'll do some timed freewriting together.

There’s no pressure! You won’t need to read out what you write during the session and you can contribute as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

Freewriting has taken me from blocked writer to spoken word performer and I now run online courses introducing freewriting and showing how to use it as raw material for poetry, short story or memoir.

There’ll be plenty of time for questions and responses at the end and I can’t wait to hear how freewriting works for you!
