What is your Formula for growth?

The Growth Curriculum has been designed to prepare your business for next stage growth, with a particular focus on international sales and trade.

We want you to grow and be fully prepared to trade internationally, which is why L&P provides a full-bursary to attend this full-day programme where you are given new tools to look at your business from an international perspective.

Come along to the 'Find your Formula' day and we will cover the key topics of Brand, Product, Channel and increasing Sales. You will have an opportunity to assess your business and its ability to grow, producing a review and roadmap document to understand your gaps for growth.

The three key areas to look at through the day

  • A look at the industry and how to future forecast the business landscape to take market share
  • The changes you can make in your business today to improve profitability
  • The things you can plan for tomorrow that could impact strategic growth

The four sessions of the day and the boarder topics are as follows:


1. Future mapping your business for growth - Looking at the market and industry and how this impacts you

- What are your industry gaps

- How do you play in to the gaps

- Build your plan from the top down by looking at today tomorrow and future business


2. The Revenue system of tomorrow and the Future - what will businesses offer as their products and services

- Combine Brand-Product-Channel-Sales for an integrated revenue system

- In this session we take a look at your product funnel to drive deeper revenue in to the business

- Connect this into the creation of a storyboard (bridge) to improve conversion and pricing at point of sale


3. The customer journey - how do they buy in the digital era

- Discover the difference between sales-led and brand-led business

- Understand how to pull the market towards your brand on / off line

- Build three new customer sets to widen the market reach


4. Quick wins for today and a Road Map to the future

- Look at pricing models to increase revenues today (free cash)

- Create a Road Map i.e. what’s next, how to implement the changes to achieve

At the end of the day you will walk away with an understanding of a connected end to end revenue system and how that creates a fully integrated system to achieve growth.
