Join us in a practical workshop to find out how you can build your resilience and have more balance, both at work and at home.
With useful exercises and tips, Naomi Jones and Silvia Vizzoni will show you how taking care of your physical and mental health can really make a difference, especially when managing a busy lifestyle in travel.
So, if you want to enhance your productivity, focus and attention, increase your energy, reduce stress, improve your sleep patterns and feel good about yourself, this workshop is for you.
Naomi and Silvia’s first-hand experience can also be applied within a company setting, with specific programmes tailored to enhance traveller wellbeing.
The evening will start at 18:30. There will be tea/coffee and healthy nibbles to share, followed by presentations and Q&A time.
