How do you reach your full potential and what is your life's purpose? Are you feeling fulfilled? Do you know your passion? Are you passionate about what you do? Are we not all looking to get the opportunity to become a better version of ourselves?

What aspects of life do we want to improve on? It may be your relationships, your love life, your financial situation, your career, your health, spirituality or creativity.

I want to give you my answer to all the questions so join us for this FREE workshop on 1st October and learn about:

1. How you can raise your internal vibrations - This Universe is full of opportunities, why can’t we see it? We are distracted by so many things and with those distractions we let our emotions run our life and the only reason affects our vibrations. By understanding our emotions and managing them effectively we can raise our vibration so we are tuned in to take advantage of the gifts this Universe has to offer us. Learning how to raise your vibration and awareness will help your brain to become fully active and alert for all opportunities. When you are tuned in fully, you know what you want in life, you will manifest that life effortlessly whether it’s to better your relationship, your love life, your financial situation, your career, your health, spirituality and creativity. No matter what is your current state or what happened to you in the past.

2.Learn to tap into the wealth of resources lies within you - Everyone has the ability to reach their full potential. When my clients tell me about their dreams, what they want to achieve, or who they want to become, I always see potential. We all have many talents and gifts that we can use to serve this universe, but most of us are only aware of a tiny portion of them. You have it all - you are gifted with multiple talents, skills and qualities. You are a multi potential being.

I have been fortunate enough to work with thousands of people over the last 18 years. I have set up pilot projects that aimed to improve wellbeing of individual and raise their career aspiration for which I have won awards. I worked with them to introduce them to the concept of “multipotentiality”.

We have many different interests and creative pursuits in life. Sometimes we are so confused that we do a bit of this, a bit of that and never settle into doing one thing like a specialist. Other individuals make a choice to settle for one of those possibilities and become an expert. Some people settle for their number 1 potential, some settle for number 2, some for number 3.

As we move through life we grow and experience. With our growth and experience our priorities and values changes so does our passion. As a multi-potential being, we have no “one true calling”. We all are passionate about different things. Our values also lie in different things. We just have to work out what is it we want to get better at, be patient and focus on one thing at a time to make it work.

We also have hopes, goals and dreams. We can achieve anything when we open our mind to the possibility. All creation, all invention started with a single thought, a single idea. That idea was nurtured for a little while, acted upon and humankind is now using or enjoying that invention. Just imagine a few hundred years ago if anyone had said that they wanted to go to moon, people would have labelled that person as “mad”. Although, having dreams and believing what we want in life is not enough to take us there.

Potential + Passion + Patience + Action = Achievement of Goal

3.Learn to self coach - Self-coaching is the process of guiding our growth and development, especially when we are going through challenges, facing change in both our personal and professional life. We are constantly producing thought, positive thoughts produce positive feeling, and elevates us. Negative thoughts however, can produce damaging feelings that can take us down, especially if we let them linger for too long. We are with ourselves 24/7, no one else sees our thoughts apart from us and that’s why we are our best coach. We know what works for us and what not.

The best thing we can do for ourselves is investing time to understand ourselves and be able to self-coach. Self-coaching is all about change. Changing things that are not working in our life. An example would be changing our core limiting beliefs that are holding us back and imprisoning us from reaching our full potential. changing our behaviour so we're more effective. Doing more of things that working in our lives, and stopping what's not working. We may even want to change the direction our life is going if it is not making us feel fulfilled, meaningful and purposeful. All big changes come from a series of little changes that we can make in our life.

4. Learn what is holding you back and how you can overcome it.

There are many things that can hold us back

1. Not having a clear plan and vision
2. Inability to take consistent action
3. Lack of understanding of our passion and values
4. Settling for something that does not give us the buzz
5. Our limiting beliefs
6. Our self-image
7. Self-esteem
8. Our fear
9. Our comfort zones
10. Over analysis
11. Perfection paralysis
12. Procrastination
13. The challenges we face every day
14. Mind-set
15. Lack of discipline and structure
