Schedule:

  • 09:15 AM – Meet at lululemon Leidsestraat (you can drop off your belongings)
  • 09:30 AM – Leave the store to head to the starting point
  • 11:45 AM – Arrive back at Leidsestraat store

  • Session Overview: “Find Your Stride” – Assessment Run Kick-Off

We're kicking off our run series with a performance-focused session featuring the 12-minute Cooper Test—a practical and widely used tool to estimate your VO2 max, one of the most valuable data points for endurance athletes.

This is not just a run—it's an opportunity to gain insight into your current fitness level, connect with your community, and set a benchmark for future progress.

Session Flow:

  • Warm-Up (1–2 km)We’ll start with a light, conversational-paced jog and follow it with a few mobility and technique drills to activate the body and prep for performance.

  • 12-Minute Cooper TestFrom a designated starting point, we’ll run for 12 minutes, aiming to cover as much distance as possible. This distance will help estimate your VO2 max and offer a baseline to track your fitness over time.

  • Community Cool Down (2 km)After the test, we’ll cool down together with a relaxed 2 km jog back toward the store—no drills, just recovery and connection.

  • Back at the Store:We'll wrap up with light bites, refreshments, and time to connect and reflect with the community.

  • What to Bring:Please plan your nutrition based on your needs—if you typically eat before or during a run, feel free to bring your own snacks or fuel.
