Kirsty Strain is actress and voice and communications coach with over 15 years experience in presence-led coaching for real confidence in performance, meetings, communication and everyday connection.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You may wish to bring a notebook and pen to write things down but handouts from the session will be provided. This will be a practical workshop so if you just bring yourself that is more than enough.

Is it active?

There is some focus on physical aspects but nothing strenuous at all and everything can be modified to suit any ability.

What should I wear?

There’s no dress code but dress comfortably. We’ll be exploring the connection between body, breath and voice with some gentle movement so dressing comfortably is most ideal.
