Find your Voice with Coaching with Karen Kincaid and Jo Wallis
About this event
NHS People Promise Theme - Always Learning
Would you like to find out how you can use coaching as a communication approach across all work situations both clinical and non-clinical?
This interactive workshop will help you think about the transferable skills of coaching and how and when you could use them in everyday interactions. By the end of the workshop you will feel confident to describe what health and workforce coaching is and begin to think about how to apply these skills in your area of practice.
