A practical, uplifting workshop for mums who want to speak with more ease, clarity and confidence - without pushing, performing, or feeling like you need to sound more "masculine" to be heard.
Whether you’re returning to work, navigating big conversations, or simply trying not to rush through your own name in introductions, your voice might feel a little different these days. Motherhood shifts everything - including how we breathe, hold tension, and take up space.
This 60 minute workshop blends actor-trained voice tools with real-life communication challenges, helping you speak in a way that feels grounded, natural and authentically you.
We’ll explore:

✨ Practical breathwork tools to help you slow down, steady yourself and feel more in control
✨ Simple ways to speak with clarity and confidence - without forcing it
