Finding Balance for the Year Ahead

Kick start your new year, by identifying what’s really important in your life and setting some goals.

All to often New Year Resolutions barely last a week, but in this mindfulness workshop we’ll help you to pin down what truly matters to you and set you on the road to a better life balance in the year ahead.

Designed for beginners as well as those with some experience of mindfulness, our tutor Angie will give you the tools to identify your goals and work towards them with a positive mind without putting yourself under pressure. She’ll also share tips and techniques on how to handle obstacles that pop up and how to stay focused when things are feeling tough.
