About this event

In this relaxed and supportive session, you’ll be guided through a series of simple yet powerful breathwork exercises and gentle somatic movement to help ease stress, reduce anxiety, and restore a sense of calm.

This workshop focuses on learning by doing — through soothing movement, breath awareness, and guided breathing techniques, you'll experience how breath and movement can quickly shift your state of mind and body.

In this session, you will:

  • Practice calming breathing techniques you can use anytime, anywhere
  • Explore gentle movements to release tension and support nervous system regulation
  • Learn how breath affects the nervous system in easy-to-understand terms
  • Discover practical tools to manage stress and support emotional balance

Whether you're new to breathwork or want to deepen your practice, this session offers hands-on tools you can take with you into everyday life.

No experience needed. All welcome

Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm jumper, blanket, cushion and yoga mat (if appropriate, all practices can be done seated).

Rosie is a CPCAB-certified Breathwork Coach who completed her certification in August 2024. With seven years of personal breathwork practice, she has experienced firsthand its profound impact on mental health. Through Wild Hope Wellbeing, Rosie is dedicated to enhancing individuals' well-being by integrating breathwork, creative activities, and nature-based experiences.
