Do you feel caught up in autopilot, weighed down by stress or constant overthinking?Finding Calm Through Creativity is a gentle, supportive 8-week programme designed to help you step away from overwhelm, slow down, and reconnect — using simple mindfulness practices and creative art-making. No art skills needed!

  • A calming creative activity
  • Tools for noticing stress, easing anxiety and creating healthy balance
