No art skills needed!

Each week, you’ll explore:
- Guided mindfulness practices you can use in everyday life
- A calming creative activity — painting, collage, simple mixed media
- Tools for noticing stress, easing anxiety and creating healthy balance
- Space to reflect, share (if you wish) and build connections in a friendly group
