This event is part of the Yorkshire Festival of Story.
What if courage was already beating inside you that is quietly, steadily, waiting to be heard?
The word itself comes from cor, Latin for heart, and once meant the force, spirit and truth that make us who we are. In today's world of constant pressure and competing demands, it's all too easy to lose sight of that inner compass. Join resilience coach Dr Caitlin McDonald as she shares her own journey of finding courage through adversity, after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer at just 38.
Through personal storytelling and guided reflection, learn how to identify your inner courage motivators and how to re-connect with the resources and resilience strategies available to you. By doing so, you will identify what truly motivates you as well as recognise and tame the inner critical voices that hold you back while you move towards your goals with renewed confidence.
If you're navigating change, facing uncertainty, or simply seeking a deeper connection to your own resilience, this is an invitation to pause, listen, and take a step towards your most courageous heart.
