Description

Staff and students are invited to drop into this lunch time session for a visual presentation on the origins of LGBT+ Pride in Brighton from activist and archivist Alf Le Flohic. Followed by a screening of his short home movie of Brighton Pride in 1994, the earliest known footage of the event.

The film has been subtitled and light refreshments will be provided. Feel free to bring your lunch with you.

Registering for this event will help us with planning, although anyone is welcome to attend on the day.

If you have any accessibility requirements you would like to discuss in advance of this session please contact the event organisers on equality@brighton.ac.uk.

Part of the University of Brighton's LGBT+ History Month celebrations.
