These webinars build on the Finding the Good Commissioning Conversations project, which took place earlier this year. The project facilitated by Lloyds Bank Foundation and Cwmpas built on earlier work by the Welsh Small Charities Forum and encouraged cross-sector dialogue about commissioning practice across Wales.

In Spring 2025, CVCs and charity partners convened 10 local and national conversations, involving more than 150 people from 100 different organisations across Wales.

These conversations resulted in improved cross-sector connections at a local level and multiple actions at local, regional, and national levels.

Defining what happens next

We want to continue working collaboratively with project partners to build on this project and shape commissioning practice in Wales.

These webinars will share key learning and actions from the Finding the Good project and attendees will consider how we might collectively turn learning into impactful collaborative action.

There are 3 webinars, each aimed at specific audiences, to enable sector specific reflections and discussion. Following the 3 webinars, we will share a written summary of key takeaways with all attendees.
