My passion for Shakespeare and the theatre has inspired my development as a coach. I will share my stories to illuminate how they inspire and influence my continued development.
I will invite you to explore what inspires you and to share what influences you and your coaching relationships.
Together we will weave many stories, draw on some coaching theories and, hopefully, be inspired to continue our development as coaches.
Note: A nominal charge of £5.00 will be collected on the door to cover room and refreshment costs.
Dr Mary Holmes has been involved in the theatre since childhood, acting, directing and sweeping the stage floor; her love of the theatre is undiminished. Following senior roles in OD and leadership development in both public and private sector organisations, she established her own business 18 years ago. Mary has pursued a range of relevant qualifications and is an Ashridge accredited coach; in addition to 1-1 coaching she trains coaches and provides coaching supervision.
Mary will invite donations to a charity she is supporting in memory of a friend who was setting out to research how OT can help those with Alzheimer’s & dementia.
