Being able to balance risk with tried and tested methods is a skill that helps leaders to stay adaptable in the era of AI.

Whether you’re navigating uncertainty or scaling success, being able to switch between these two modes — and bring your team with you — is what makes the difference between surviving and thriving.

This workshop is for you if:

You’re invited to a unique leadership learning experience that takes you out of the office and into the field — quite literally.

Together we will explore:

  • How EQ as more than theory — you’ll feel it, see it, and reflect on how it shows up in your leadership style.

What to Expect:

  • Walking discussion circles on leadership theory
  • Hands-on interaction with the Altezza herd to uncover real-time EQ feedback

Frequently asked questions

What should be worn?

Footwear like walking boots, wellies or old trainers will be ideal. Bring a coat and we advise that you also bring a few layers so that you can regulate your body temperature.

What if you are unfamiliar with horses?

By making your facilitator aware if you are a little wary will ensure that you dont step out of your comfort zones to the extent that it will impact your learning. It is not essential that you have to come into close proximity with horses and you will not be forced to do so.
