Finding True Self Love workshop

Self-love involves fully recognising and caring for your authentic self. When we embrace this approach, life seems to flow with more ease, and things that are not aligned with our true purpose naturally fade away.

That said, it’s not always easy to practice self-love, particularly when we are often our own toughest critics. We tend to focus on our perceived shortcomings, constantly striving to ‘fix’ ourselves, and believing that only then will we be worthy of love—from ourselves and others.

In this workshop, we’ll guide you through a process of rebuilding your relationship with yourself and deepening your connection to your true essence.

• Exploring self-love and discovering ways to nurture it in your life
