Each week blends mental health psychoeducation and creative wellbeing tools with Affirm Arts’ unique framework — helping you connect with your emotions, strengthen your self-respect, and align your life with your values.
What to Expect

Affirm Arts combines evidence-based wellbeing tools with creative, trauma-informed practices to support real emotional growth.
Our workshops are grounded in DBT-informed psychoeducation, self-compassion, and narrative techniques — making emotional regulation and self-discovery accessible to everyone.

This programme is subsidised for Westminster residents through our community partnership. (evidence must be provided). For non-residents, a contribution helps sustain the work of Affirm Arts and fund future community programmes.
