[Please note the date change due to organisational issues; see you in October]
These tasters provide participants with the chance to explore the Finding your Compass process. We will start the session focusing on a main issue that the participants would like to look at, and we will work with it using different artistic formats (movement and drawing). The taster sessions will give people the opportunity to see if they would like to commit to the immersive project; a series of seven sessions, starting at the end of October, leading to an artistic output for public exhibition.
These tasters are devised to guide the participants through elements of the Finding your Compass process, working with personal issues stemming from their mental health referrals or self-referrals. They are opportunities to see if participants would like, and feel at an appropriate stage, to be able to commit to an immersive project starting in January
We are very committed to ensure a safe space for sharing and working, and that everybody comes from the same starting point - a place of exploring their own personal issues and moving from their individual experience towards commonalities that link them to the group.
Please note that this is not a training session. If you are interested in training or learning more about the project for professional development, please get in touch to discuss its suitability and perhaps suggest alternative routes. We would love to hear from you.
If you have any further queries or you would be interested in future tasters, please get in touch
