Join us for our penultimate session of this rains retreat season!

This session will include a guided meditation and a Dhamma talk created especially for children with simple practices, stories, and lots of space for curiosity. 

In particular, we will explore mindfulness techniques that help children grow focus, calm, and kindness, while also learning how to keep a healthy balance between the mind and body.

Although the session is designed with children in mind, parents, beginners, and anyone interested are warmly welcome to join.
