Society places greater value on using our rational mind; however, this means we often ignore or dismiss our feelings and we lose touch with ourselves. In turn, this can undermine our confidence and trust in our abilities, negatively impacting our wellbeing, motivation and sense of purpose.

Finding Your Inner Resources is an introductory workshop designed to enable you to understand the connection between our mind and body—how we use our thinking to influence our feelings and our feelings to influence our thoughts. It explains how our bodies are actually resource-full and will offer you the opportunity to identify and explore through practical activities some of your own inner resources that are available to you 24/7.

During the workshop we will explore why and how feeling safe underpins our well being and our ability to learn and develop new skills. You will learn about The Safety Continuum—a practical tool that can support you to stretch your comfort zone so you can identify and achieve your goals.
