When was the last time you truly let yourself be heard?

So many of us silence ourselves to keep the peace, to avoid judgement, or because of the fear of being too much. Over time this creates disconnection, tension and a sense of being stuck. Deep down, your authentic self is waiting to be expressed.

This workshop is an invitation to release those limitations and step into the freedom of your voice. Through powerful somatic practices, partner connection and a transformative breathwork journey, you will discover the courage to speak, to express, and to embody your true self.

Over two immersive hours you will move, connect, breathe and rest. You will be guided to open your body, awaken your energy and activate your voice. You will experience the release of what no longer serves you, the power of authentic expression, and the clarity that comes when you reconnect with your deepest self.

Important details

The doors will close at 7pm. Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before the session as late entry will not be permitted due to the nature of this event.

What to bring: layers that you can add/remove as your body temperature can shift, a water bottle, a notepad and pen as journalling will be optional.

Avoid caffeine & other stimulants before the event.

Avoid alcohol & other mind altering substances the day before and the day of the event.

Avoid eating 2 hours before the event.

Breathwork can be a very powerful practice and your safety and wellbeing are always the priority. If you are pregnant, or if you are currently working with or have previously experienced a significant health condition, please contact me before booking. Any information you share will remain strictly confidential. This does not automatically prevent you from joining, it simply allows me to ensure the session is safe and supportive for you.

This practice may not be suitable for those with the following conditions:

  • Schizophrenia, unmedicated bipolar disorder, or psychosis
  • Unmanaged PTSD
  • Epilepsy or seizures
  • Serious heart conditions or arrhythmia
  • COPD or other significant lung conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • High blood pressure, very low blood pressure with fainting
  • Severe asthma, glaucoma, or detached retina
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Recent major surgery
  • Severe panic attacks
  • Pacemakers or metal implants
