Join us at the Hebridean Whale Centre in Tobermory for an evening talk with a complementary glass of delicious local gin. Beneath the waves lies a hidden climate ally, blue carbon. Join Megan to uncover how Scotland’s seas store carbon, why it matters for climate change, and what it means for the future. Megan is an HWDT Outreach Assistant, a Young Sea Changer and sits on the Community Advisory Committee for COAST. Megan will share her experience on this vital topic, and advocate for marine protections as a tool to mitigate climate change.

The talk series is supported by Tobermory Distillery who have provided a complimentary glass of their gin for attendees.
