In this session we’ll be joined by Sophie Long, Managing Director at Thistle Initiatives Group. She joined Thistle Initiatives Group in 2014 and currently serves as Managing Director, with responsibility for leading and managing the business and providing strategic direction across all areas of its operations. In addition to Thistle’s core compliance consultancy operation, Thistle Initiatives, Sophie also helms regulatory incubator Resolution Compliance, technology-enabled compliance platform Compliance Star, and specialist financial services and fintech insurance broking firm Absolute Cover. Prior to joining Thistle, Sophie spent eight years with leading recruitment businesses specialising in the investment banking sector.
