About this event
Our program welcomes FinTech start-ups to receive feedback from our guest mentors. Our mentors include individuals from around the FinTech community and have expertise in marketing, legal, business development and other fields to accelerate start-ups’ growth.
If you are accepted to attend the event you will receive an email with time confirmations. This event will be virtual, using video conferencing for the meetings and the time slots are 30 mins each.

Antony Bream - has spent 30 years in B2B software and the past 15 years working closely with FinTechs as they start, scale up and pivot their journeys of growth with a unique combination of business advisory, commercial consulting and executive mentoring.
As founder of ribbit consulting he helps founders and their teams position themselves and their businesses to make the leap to the next level as they grow their companies to success.
Cathreen Wong - is an investment professional in Barclays Principal Investments team. She believes innovation is key to tackling climate change and early-stage companies are the biggest driving force behind that innovation. Cath is investing in the equity of fast-growing, innovative and environmentally-focused early-stage companies through Barclays Sustainable Impact Capital.
Kira Begunova - An award-winning entrepreneur, with 20 years in operations and data in FinTech and Energy corporate sectors, Kira provides executive coaching and mentorship to startups across multiple industries, advising on strategy and tech product design. In 2020 Kira graduated London Business school with Sloan MSc in Leadership and Strategy and co-founded a FinTech company London Analytics selected as one of the top startups in 2020 at LBS. London Analytics develops advanced technologies for customer centricity in financial institutions, allowing them to understand and serve every client as an individual, as opposed to the “persona" approach. Currently London Analytics is focused on digital assets, cryptocurrencies and NFT market.
Michael Pearce - Michael has worked closely with the Citi Ventures organisation over the last few years whilst at Citibank. He developed and delivered training courses aimed at the internal entrepreneur, in any area, to apply modern methodologies to solving the problems they faced every day. He helped functions focus on the use of data and digital solutions and how an understanding of the end to end process can deliver significant productivity gains throughout the organisation. Michael is a Financial leader with over 3 decades’ global experience within a variety of financial institutions with global reach and a strong knowledge of the African market. He has undertaken several CFO roles and developed and presented business strategies to various Boards and Senior Committees and also a seasoned coach and mentor.
Peter Finch - Partner in the FinTech and Financial Services team. Peter helps FinTechs at all different stages of growth - from authorisation to launching new products and auditing current processes.
