Curated by Persian and Middle Eastern Chef/Author Sabrina Ghayour, this fundraising collaboration dinner takes place at Yosma Restaurant on Monday 27th February, co-hosted by Hus Vedat, Executive Chef at Yosma restaurant.

Yosma, a Turkish Meyhane, Mangal and Raki bar inspired by the streets of Istanbul (www.yosma.london) and will permit for the special use of the open-flamed Mangal Turkish grill.
Please note that the menu for the evening will include meat, fish and poultry dishes as well as vegetable dishes. Unfortunately due to the charitable nature of the event with ingredients being donated/sponsored, we regret that we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies on the evening.
