Join us for a transformative 2.5-hour wellness workshop designed to promote deep relaxation, mental clarity, and nervous system reset through the power of breath and contrast therapy.

This immersive experience begins with a guided exploration of breathwork and breathing techniques, where we’ll dive into various breath modalities proven to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve focus. You’ll learn how to use the breath as a tool to shift your mental and emotional state, with time to practise and reflect.

Next, we’ll explore the science and benefits behind contrast therapy—the powerful combination of heat (sauna) and cold (immersion). You’ll gain an understanding of how alternating hot and cold exposure can reduce inflammation, enhance recovery, boost mood, and support overall well-being.

Then, it’s time to experience it for yourself: enjoy a rejuvenating 60-minute fire & ice session, split between the sauna and cold water immersion. This is your chance to feel the shift physically and mentally, guided in a safe and supportive environment.

To close, we’ll gather for a relaxing wind-down over a cup of tea, with space to share, reflect, and ask any questions.
