Is this event outdoor?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is a casual feast in the field, so wear clothes and footwear suitable for a summer evening on Exmoor and consider checking the weather forecast to make sure you're super comfy as the sun sets!

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

This event is weather dependent, so if rain stops play we will cancel the event with as much notice as possible and issue guests a full refund on their tickets. (Minus the Eventbrite booking fee).

Question 3

Are children welcome?

Accepted Answer

Of course! This is a working farm however, and all children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult. Guests attend our Fire and Feast events at their own risk, and Wood Advent Farm accepts no responsibility for injuries or accidents to unsupervised children. (Or adults!)

Question 4

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Afraid not, as we're a livestock farm. If you arrive with a dog, you will be asked to leave it in your vehicle for the duration of the event. Best leave it at home this time and relax knowing you don't have to worry about it disappearing after the chickens!

Are there vegetarian options?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Several of the organisers are vegetarian, and we pride ourselves on plant focused feasting. This menu includes a delicious individual stuffed squash with labneh and crunchy toppings suitable for vegetarians and both the starter and desert are veggie-friendly.

Can you cater for other dietary requirements?

We will do our best! Please get in touch at least 48 hours in advance of the event to discuss specific needs. Please note that due to the nature of the menu, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.

Is there a bar?

Not this time so please bring your own! It's a great opportunity to delve into some of the fabulous local drinks made on our doorstep. Yes, we're talking about cider!
