What are my transport / parking options for getting to and from the event?

Baden-Powell House is easily accessible by public transport.Travel and parking options are provided below :

By rail - the nearest mainline train station is Victoria.

By tube - the nearest tube stations are Gloucester Road and South Kensington - both are on the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines and 5 minutes’ walk from the venue.

Airport - the nearest airport is Heathrow.

BY ROAD

Bus – The following routes will get you to the venue - No 70, No 74, No 360, No N74/N97.

Parking - There are a number of parking options if you’re visiting 65 Queen’s Gate :

  • Union Car Park in Harrington Roadthis car park is a 3-minute walk from 65 Queen’s Gate

  • Along parts of the central reservation outside 65 Queen’s Gate, there is a pay and display system. Operating times are: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.30pm. Outside of these times, parking is free.

Take care not to park in the residents’ parking bays that are immediately outside 65 Queen’s Gate and are only for residents.If you need to know more contact the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea – 0207 937 5464.

Is there a maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per organisation ?

We have set an initial limit of 10 tickets per organisation, although if you require more than 10 please contact us on csginfo@ncvo.org.uk to discuss.

What's the refund policy?

There is a 'non-refund' policy for this conference, although we are happy for a colleague to come in your place if you are unable to attend yourself.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you are unable to attend a colleague is welcome to attend in your place - just let us know the change of name and your organisation by emailing csginfo@ncvo.org.uk

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, CSG will accept any delegates from organisations registered to attend the conference. However, please try to let us know the name of the person attending if possible.

Will photographs be taken at the event?

Photographs will be taken during the event for promotional use by the Charities Safety Group or to promote the venue. The photos will be generic overviews of the conference, except where specific permission has been received to take individual personal shots. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the organiser know at csginfo@ncvo.org.uk

Is Accommodation Available ?
