Bolsters, eyemasks and one small blanket are all provided. You may wish to bring a pillow or anything else you need to make yourself comfy. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Can I attend just one session?

Yes! Even though this is a four part series, each session can be attended individually. You do not need to attend all 4 parts. Please see ticketing for pricing options.

Is Innerdance suitable if I'm pregnant?

Innerdance full spectrum can be activating. If you are pregnant please see our Innerdance saltroom sessions which stay in the delta wave making it the perfect option for mother's to be who are past there first trimester.

Yes, Yellow Bamboo Yoga Studio has free on street parking, making it very accessible by car or bus.
