A comprehensive fire safety training course allowing companies to comply with current legislation and fire risk assessments.
This course enables employers to meet their standard insurance obligations and to protect staff and property under current health and safety regulations.
COURSE CONTENT
The course typically takes the form of a PowerPoint presentation and a practical Fire Extinguisher demonstration with Live Fire Rig. The main course topics covered are: Evaluation, Risk, Evacuation, Accountability, Assembly & Liaison with Fire Brigade, Fire Extinguisher use and Muster points.
The Fire Safety Trainer covers many aspects of a building evacuation including Means of Escape, The Responsible Person, Fire Warden responsibilities, Muster Points, Fire Telephones, Health & Safety Legislation and fire prevention.
CERTIFICATION
A certificate of competence will be issued to each attending person, after the completion of the course.
