Does the event run all day?

We will be open for two sessions.
Afternoon session: 12pm- 5pm. 
Evening session: 6pm- 11pm.
We will be closed between 5- 6pm.

Question 2

What's included in our ticket?

Accepted Answer

All adult tickets include 1 free drink. You can choose from a pint of any of our beers, a 175ml glass of wine, a bottle of Silly Moo Cider, any single spirit, or a soft drink.
Under 18 tickets do not include a free drink.

Question 3

Can I get tickets on the day?

No, you will need to purchase your tickets in advance.

Question 4

What time will food be running?

Accepted Answer

Food can be purchased from our two street food vendors during the following times:
Afternoon session: 12pm- 4pm.
Evening session: 6pm- 10pm.

What live music will you have?

Accepted Answer

We will have a variety of local talented musicians throughout the day. Please check our social media for updates.

Can I come to both to the Afternoon and Evening session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you will need to purchase two separate tickets for both sessions. Please note we will closed between 5pm and 6pm.

Question 7

Are children welcome?

Accepted Answer

Children are welcome, but must sit with their parents and be supervised at all times. Our licensed area is the brewery premises (inside) and the roped off areas outside. You must stay within the licensed area.
So we can register numbers, please purchase all children a free ticket.

Are dogs welcome?

Well behaved dogs on leads are most welcome.

Will you have non alcoholic beers?

Accepted Answer

We have low alcohol beers, plus a good selection of soft drinks.

How do you get to Firebird?

Accepted Answer

We are 3/4 mile up Lynwick street, off the A281. Take the turning opposite the Fox Inn pub in Bucks Green.

Will there be wheelchair access / disabled facilities?

Our downstairs area is wheelchair accessible. We have a disabled toilet.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Parking will be available at the Milk Churn car park, next door to the brewery.

Question 13

Can I book a table?

Accepted Answer

No, we will not be taking any table bookings for the Firebird Festival.

Question 14

Can we leave our car over night?

Accepted Answer

A limited number of cars can be left over night by special arrangement only. Please contact the brewery on hello@firebird.beer to discuss.

Question 15

Can my tickets be refunded if I am unable to attend on the day?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable but if you find you are unable to attend, you can pass your ticket onto a friend or relative.

Question 16

What if the event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

In the extremely unlikely event that we need to cancel the Firebird Festival, we will either reschedule with the option of a refund, or cancel the event entirely and refund.

There will be some photography/ videography and social media marketing during the event. If you do not want to appear in any said marketing please make yourself known to a member of staff at the event.
