First Aid At Work - (3 Day)

Please note: this course will take place over 3 days 2nd, 3rd and 4th February 2026 You must be able to attend all 3 days.

This qualification covers knowledge such as the roles and responsibilities of the first aider, how to assess an incident, and recognizing signs and symptoms of injury and illness. The qualification also includes first aid skills in CPR, the use of an AED, and assisting a casualty who is suffering from major injuries and illnesses such as chest injuries, spinal injuries, and anaphylaxis. Assessment is by practical demonstration and a multiple-choice theory test. This course is at SCQF Level 6 and is valid for three years.
