Teenage and Young Peoples First Aid 

These interactive, confidence-building courses are held locally, and will provide plenty of opportunity to practice techniques and ask questions.  Our course teaches the essential life saving skills that teenagers or young persons might need. 

Who should attend this course
Anyone interested in learning life saving first aid.
Ideal for University students, teenagers and young people gaining freedom for the first time.

Duration: This course covers at least 2 - 3 hours content

Course content


  • Managing an emergency
  • Communication and casualty care
  • Choking 
  • Bleeding
  • Treatment of an unconscious casualty
  • Resuscitation (CPR)

Certification:
Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance
