At our next event, we're delighted to welcome Stuart Cross of Morgan Cross Consulting as our guest speaker. Stuart is a consultant and coach who helps companies to accelerate growth. Our thanks to the team at Speedo for hosting this event.
In this highly interactive session, Stuart will build on the ideas and concepts from his latest book, First & Fast, and share his experience of working with world-class businesses that have been able to succeed and prosper in turbulent markets and demonstrate how you can develop an organisation with greater pace and agility.
Specific areas of focus will include:
- Understanding the distinctive culture and leadership beliefs in fast, agile organisations
- Identifying why successful companies decline, and setting out the role that HR can play in preventing such declines
- Sharing the six speed drivers and determining which of them could have the biggest impact on the pace of your company
We all know that twenty-first century businesses must operate in dynamic, fast-changing markets, driven by the twin forces of technological acceleration and globalisation. But what are the skills and capabilities that make the difference between those companies that are able to thrive in this environment and those businesses that are barely able to survive?
Please note attendance at this is event is limited to in-house HR professionals only.
